In South Africa, an unknown person dies after drinking whole bottle of Jagermeister within two minutes for extreme drinking competition. The person is said to be 23 years old man from Mashamba village in Venda, who collapsed after consuming just one full bottle of jagermeisterand, later died.

A man from South Africa tried to win $11.76 in a contest by consuming one bottle of Jagermeister in the allotted time.

A man in his twenties died after drinking a whole bottle of Jagermeister in under two minutes, taking part in a drinking competition in Limpopo province in South Africa.

According to Limpopo Police spokesperson Brigadier Motlafela Mojapelo, a man died after participating in an extreme drinking contest at a bar in Limpopo province, South Africa, in which customers were encouraged to down an entire bottle of Jagermeister within a specified time for a cash prize of R200, or $11.76. “One of them immediately collapsed afterwards and was taken to the local clinic, where he was certified dead,” Mojapelo said.
