In view of the current state of cinemas in the world, the well-known film production house of Hollywood, Warner Bros. has changed the calendar of releases of all its major films. The studio took this decision when Cineworld, one of Hollywood’s largest cinemas, thought it was right to close its cinemas around the world for the time being.

The process of recession in the world started only when the lockdown was implemented due to corona virus. The first major film to be released after the lockdown was relaxed was Christopher Nolan’s ‘Tenet’. The film did decent business but the theaters could not make much profit. Seeing this situation of ‘Tenet’, other big films like; Black Widow, Wonder Woman 1984 and No Time to Die extended their release dates further. ‘Black Widow’ will now release on 7 May 2021, ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ on 25 December 2020 and James Bond’s film ‘No Time to Die’ on 2 April 2021.

Seeing these big films moving forward, the cinemas started seeing their losses clearly. So one of the biggest cinemas chains in the US and UK, Regal Cinema Company Cineworld, decided to close its cinemas for the moment. More than seven thousand cinema houses come under this company. When so many cinemas remain missing for the time being, how did Warner Bros. take their films into theaters. Therefore, this studio has also pushed its big films.

According to the new calendar, the film ‘Dunne’, released under Warner Bros. Studio, will be released on October 1, 2021. In the same episode, the fourth film of the ‘Matrix’ series will be released on 22 December 2021, ‘The Batman’ on 4 March 2022, ‘The Flash’ on 4 November 2022 and ‘Shazam 2’ on 2 June 2023. The studio has not yet announced the new dates for the films ‘Black Adam’ and ‘Minecraft’. Out of all these films, only ‘Dunne’ has become ready. The film was scheduled to be released on November 20 this year. The studio first changed its date to December 18. And, it has now been extended directly to October 1, 2021. All other films are not yet complete.

Read: It is recorded in American history on 6 October, the same day the first film of the country was premiered
