Riya Chakraborty, accused of abetting Sushant Singh Rajput to suicide, has filed a grievance with the Mumbai Police, accusing Rajput’s sister Priyanka Singh and a health care provider in Delhi of forging a ‘pretend prescription of forgery and medicines’. Riya lodged the Bandra police station on Monday in her grievance towards Priyanka Singh and Dr Tarun Kumar, working on the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi, for related provisions of the Indian Penal Code for forgery, Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) legislation and telemedicine methodology. Mumbai Police spokesman and DCP N Ambika mentioned, “As per the grievance lodged by Riya Chakraborty, an FIR has been lodged on the Bandra police station. As per the Supreme Court order, the matter has been duly transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for investigation. Explain that in its judgment of August 19, the Supreme Court had mentioned, “If there’s some other case associated to the Sushant Singh Rajput dying case, then the CBI will examine it as nicely.”
