Mumbai Police is involved in the investigation of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput case. Bihar Police has accused Riya Chakraborty of not being in the house. In an interview with ETimes, Riya’s lawyer has said nothing of the sort. Riya has not disappeared, nor has she received any summons. Advocate Satish Manashinde says all the allegations against Riya are baseless. Riya is co-operating fully with the police. She is present whenever she calls the actress for questioning. So far neither notice nor summon has come from Bihar Police.
Satish says that Bihar police say Riya is not at home, it is a lie. Mumbai Police has recorded the statement of Riya Chakraborty. They are present whenever the police call them. Till date neither any summons nor any notice has been issued. Bihar police cannot investigate this case. Riya pleaded in the Supreme Court to shift the case to Mumbai.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s case is getting complicated. On the morning of June 14, the actor committed suicide by hanging himself in the house. Since then, there has been a demand for a CBI inquiry on his death on social media. Riya Chakraborty left Sushant’s house on June 8, just a week before the actor’s suicide. According to Riya’s two-time statement, Mumbai police believe that there was tension in their relationship.
