Mayuri made her debut as an actress in the 2019 Marathi film Premwaari in which she played the role of Pooja; however, her first acting performance was in the Marathi film ‘Dome.’ Dome was supposed to release on 15 January 2016, but it got shelved. The movie was finally released on 27 December 2019.
Television
Mayuri started her television career by playing the role of Renu in the 2015 soap opera Saraswati.
In 2017, she was seen in the Marathi television show Ghadge & Suun where she played the role of Sharmishtha. Mayuri has partaken in many popular television series like Maza Hoshil Ka, Deva Shree Ganesha, Sakkhe Shejari, etc.
