Today I am going to make Instant Rasmalai. I have made it from bread. This rasmalai is made very quickly and it tastes very wonderful. No one can tell by eating it that you have made this rasmalai from bread, then let’s make instant bread rasmalai.

- Full cream milk = one liter
- Bread slices = 6 pieces
- Cashew nuts = two tablespoons, finely chopped
- Small cardamom powder = a quarter teaspoon
- Sugar = three tablespoons
- Pistachios = finely chopped garnish
Method – how to make Instant Bread Rasmalai
To make instant bread rasamlai, first put the milk to boil in a heavy frying pan. After the milk boils, turn the gas to medium. On medium flame we have to cook the milk till it is half quantity. Keep stirring the milk in between so that the milk does not get stuck in the bottom.
When the milk is half left, add sugar and mix it while stirring. When sugar melts, add cashew nuts, almonds and small cardamom powder and mix while stirring. (Save a little cashew nuts to garnish) Our rubber is ready to be made. When it cools down, it will become a little thicker. Turn off the gas.
Cut the bread into rounds with a glass or bowl. When the rubber cools down well, put the bread in the rubber and dip it well and take it out in the plate. Add more rubber in it from above. Garnish the rubber with finely chopped cashew nuts, almonds and pistachios. Very tasty our instant rasmalai is ready to be made. As good as it looks, it looks just as delicious to eat.
