Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has won a major victory in the Bombay High Court on 9 September in the Mumbai Metropolitan Municipality (BMC) today in the case of breaking.
The Bombay High Court has ruled in favor of Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut in the case. The Bombay High Court termed the action taken in this case as a malicious attitude and asked the BMC to pay damages for breaking into Kangana Ranaut’s office. The High Court has also ordered an assessment of the loss of office of Bollywood star actress Kangana Ranaut.
A bench of justices SJ Kaithawala and RI Chagla argued in the case of Kangana Ranaut. The Bench admitted that BMC had taken these actions with the wrong intention. Along with this, the court has also canceled BMC’s notice of illegal construction.
