The Megxit deal is coming to an end soon.
According to Daily Mail, the royal couple would like an extension of the Megxit agreement which allows them to retain their royal patronages. This agreement will expire on March 31. Harry and Meghan therefore have no time to waste in renegotiating a new contract. To do this, they would even have to come back to England for a while.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex retired from the royal family last January. Indeed, since January 8, 2020, Harry and Meghan have left England and settled in Los Angeles with their son Archie. An announcement that had made a lot of noise. Nonetheless, the couple had succeeded in obtaining non-active royal family status, allowing them to retain certain benefits.

They are expected to be back in London for the Queen’s 95th birthday and the Duke of Edinburgh’s 100th birthday, which will take place on April 21 and June 10, 2021 respectively. The opportunity for them to negotiate a new face to face agreement, which they hope this time more permanent.
