District Magistrate (DM) Ajay Shankar Pandey on Thursday performed the work with out electrical energy for one hour on the Collectorate (Ghaziabad Collectorate) in Ghaziabad after informing the authorities concerning the energy wastage. At 9.30 am, on a sudden inspection of the Collectorate, DM got here to know that greater than two dozen places of work, lights, followers and air-conditioners have been open earlier than the arrival of officers.
