250 grams Mawa
2 cups milk
1 Kg Grated Carrot
2 tablespoons Ghee
25 grams Cashew
20 grams raisins
Carrot Pudding is a perfect desert recipe, which you can make in few minutes with the help of readily available ingredients. To make it, first put a tablespoon of milk and saffron in a small bowl and keep it aside.
Now in a pan on low heat, add milk and carrots, mix well and boil. If you want to make your recipe crunchy, then dry roast the nuts and add them to the recipe.
After this, when the milk comes to a boil, then add saffron and boil it again till the milk dries up.
When milk dries, add mawa and stir, so that the mawa is also easily mixed in the halwa. Now add ghee to it and cook for 10 minutes. Finally, serve the halwa hotly with garnish with cashews and raisins.
