Apple launches iPhone 12 with 4 models, Realme in Brazil, Galaxy S21 Ultra and more | Planto TC

NBC News

In an event held on Tuesday (13), Apple presented its new iPhone 12 family, with four models in total. In addition, Positivo had announced the Q20 for launch on Amazon Prime Day.

The Redmi Note 10 family and the Galaxy S21 Ultra had their specifications revealed in leaks, and Realme may be close to arriving in Brazil, with three smartphones already approved by Anatel. You can check all the details in this edition of the TC Call.

Positivo Q20 launched on Amazon Prime Day

You who are tuned in to the latest news from the world of technology should know that Amazon Prime Day is happening, an event promoted by the retailer with a series of product discounts. And Positivo decided to join Amazon to take advantage of the occasion and launch a new phone: the Q20.

The model comes with a 6.1-inch IPS LCD screen and drop-shaped notch to house the front camera. The design of the device is very curved and finished in glass, to give that more premium look. It also comes equipped with an octa-core processor and a very generous internal storage for the category.

The smartphone arrives with a triple set of rear cameras, consisting of a main, an ultra-wide and the last depth, to blur the background when you want to use portrait mode.

The suggested retail price of Positivo Q20 is R $ 899, during the Amazon offer period. Remember that TudoCelular has a live there on the site to disclose the main promotions of Prime Day for you. To stay on the inside, just log into TudoCelular.com or our Telegram offer group.

Redmi Note 10 and 10 Pro leak with specs

While some companies launch new phones, others are still in the mystery phase. This is the case of the Redmi Note 10 family, which came up with more specifications in a leak. The reports come from DigitalChatStation, considered a known and reliable source.

If the information is correct, we will see a more basic model with the Dimensity 720 and a main camera of 48 MP, while the Redmi Note 10 Pro would arrive equipped with the Snapdragon 750G and a sensor of 108 MP. Other retail sources speak of prices ranging between 1,000 and 1,500 Yuan, which in our currency would be equivalent to something between R $ 800 and R $ 1,200.

But the details of the devices are still mere speculation, at least that’s what has been released so far. That’s because the Xiaomi subsidiary has not yet commented on the leaked information.

Realme 7 and 7 Pro certified by Anatel

Another cell phone brand may be close to landing in Brazil. The Chinese Realme had three smartphones approved by Anatel. Realme 7, 7 Pro and a device still unknown are on the list.

The three would make the company’s debut in the country. The manufacturer is considered Xiaomi’s biggest competitor, especially in India. And the reason for this you can already imagine: the two are very similar when it comes to selling devices with pleasant cost-benefit.

But don’t get carried away so fast. Despite the evidence, the manufacturer has not yet given any details of coming to the national market. Anyway, if you already have the release of the regulatory agency, smartphones can paint in the country at any time.

Details of Galaxy S21 Ultra appear in leak

Now is the time to tell about what promises to be their biggest rival soon: the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Samsung’s future top of the line had more details released on the internet.

A spill known as The Galox published a series of new information about the next flagship of the South Korean brand. One of them is the higher screen resolution rate, which should make images more fluid.

Another novelty will be the 5,000 mAh battery, supporting 65W ultra-fast charging. But don’t think there are going to be big changes. Samsung would have in mind to invest more in the foldables of the Z line and just make a more discreet update of this year’s models, in the new devices for 2021. Will this be enough to beat Apple’s rivals?

Apple makes iPhone 12 official

It’s time for us to talk about the main topic of the day. Apple unveiled its new phones at an event on Tuesday afternoon. The iPhone 12 family came with four models, unlike predecessor lines that had a maximum of three.

All come equipped with the new A14 Bionic chipset, which promises to be even faster than last year’s model. And now it also has support for 5G, which finally makes its debut on an iPhone, with support for higher frequencies, in the so-called millimeter waves.

The screens are Super Retina XDR, with a crystallized cover that promises to bring more resistance. The notch remains in the traditional rectangular shape that we already got used to from the predecessors, but Apple has reduced the edges to leave a more compact and light body. Do you think that’s it? On cameras, the company promises better photos at night and has now brought night mode to all sensors. That’s right. Even the front camera can use the feature.

And you certainly must be curious to know what are the differences of each of the four models, right? To make it easier, let’s divide the line into two parts. First, let’s talk about the iPhone 12 and the 12 Mini. As you can imagine by the names, the main difference from the Mini to the normal is in the reduced screen size. The two are also similar at the rear, with the presence of two cameras. There are three storage options, starting from 64 GB, and five color alternatives.

Already the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max have as a novelty the triple camera at the rear, with Deep Fusion and night mode on all sensors. They still grew in size, compared to their predecessors. The internal space here is also larger and can reach up to 512 GB. There are four color options for the most powerful pair.

Prices for new Apple phones start at $ 699 for the more modest variant, just like last year’s models. In the current conversion, the value is around R $ 3,900 – but in Brazil, you can expect a little more. The pre-sale of the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro starts this Friday, the 16th, with the launch on the 23rd of October. The iPhone 12 Mini and 12 Pro Max will have their reservations started on November 6, with deliveries only on the 13th of the same month.

Now that the iPhone 12 family is official, we want to hear from you: what did you think of the new Apple phones? Which of the four models did you like the most? Don’t forget to leave your comment to interact with us.

The Apple iPhone 12 is not yet available in Brazilian stores. To be notified when he arrives.
