Under this, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has made an assessment of the value of these houses and now it is ready to buy. Dilip Kumar’s house has been priced at 8.56 million Pakistan rupees, while Raj Kapoor’s house has been fixed at 10.5 million rupees. If you look at this price in the Indian currency, the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will buy Dilip Kumar house for about 40 lakh rupees. Apart from this, there is a plan to buy Raj Kapoor’s house for Rs 48 lakh. According to the report of Pakistani channel Geo News, the Peshawar administration has determined the value of the ancestral property of both actors.
After estimating the value of both houses, the Archaeological Department of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government has sent a file to the Secretary of the Department of Culture and demanded funds for their purchase.
